The Production Supervisor will be responsible for supervision in our Shipping and PTO teams. This role is responsible for managing multiple Team Leaders and up to 75 team members.
- Enforce safety rules and metrics for area.
- Direct and coordinate the activities of team leaders and employees engaged in the production or processing of goods.
- Confer with other supervisors to coordinate operations and activities within or between departments and shifts.
- Demonstrate equipment operations and work and safety procedures to new employees, or assign employees to experienced workers for training.
- Read and analyze charts, work orders, production schedules, and other records and reports to determine production requirements and to evaluate current production estimates and outputs by individuals and teams by use of engineering standards.
- Works to resolve employee problems and complaints.
