Job Description

In this role, you will work with many cross functional team members throughout our global locations. You will be responsible to respond to quality alerts from our extensive customer base and support general product queries via emails and phone calls. We are looking for someone who is focused and very organized. You will be required to keep track of product investigations while connecting with some of the biggest brands in the automotive aftermarket industry. We need someone with great communication skills and is able to work with company and customer staff at all position levels. You will be required to concurrently work on multiple projects and provide timely status and updates to company and customer management.


Specific responsibilities include:

  • Work and communicate efficiently with cross functional team
  • Be first point of contact with company’s largest customers
  • Tracking and responding efficiently to Quality Alerts
  • Research and collect information from Automobile forums
  • Log Quality Concerns and Alerts from the field
  • Communicate with buyers, suppliers, online customers, and other departments and divisions to effectively resolve customer concerns.
  • Generate, issue, and track product correction documents

Job Requirements

Minimum Requirement:

  • Technical Degree (Automotive, Quality, Electrical or Mechanical)
  • Minimum of 3 years of related work experience
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft® Word and Excel is required
  • Ability work in fast paced work environment and self-motivated person
