Job Description

The Human Resources Associate is responsible for the recruiting and providing administrative support to human resources-related activities for the Disputanta Distribution Center including, but not limited to:

 

  • Posting and maintaining job ads on multiple platforms
  • Recruiting, screening, and interviewing potential employees
  • Responsible for onboarding and conducting orientation
  • Maintains and analyzes area-industry compensation for hourly roles
  • Maintain and updates Skills and Preference Sheets for internal hiring
  • Administers LOA and disability process
  • Maintains HRIS databases
  • Manage employee electronic files
  • Assist in employee-relation issues
  • Supports Wellness programs
  • Provides administrative support HR HR department 

 

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • 3-5 years progressive HR experience
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field, or related-experience
  • Experience working in manufacturing or distribution sites preferred
  • Knowledge of all applicable state and federal employment laws
  • Experience in employee relations
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Solid organizational skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines
  • Requires a high degree of discretion and judgment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Experience with HRIS systems
  • Ability to work with all levels of employees
