Job Description

General Scope of Position:

  • Logging, analyzing, and coordinating the processing of customer claims.
  • Communication focal point for Sales, Marketing, Helpline, Customer Service, Quality Alerts, and and customers including online inquiries from the Catalog helpline.

Specific Duties:                   

  • Provides claims status and technical support to customer service technicians and sales department.
  • Logs Quality Concerns and Claims, performs analysis.
  • Maintains database entries and reports on evaluation status.
  • Works with Quality Manager, Marketing, Sales, Engineering & Manufacturing Units, to answer customer inquiries, and address customer product quality and experience concerns.

Job Requirements

Experience/Education Required:

  • Customer Service experience by phone and Email.
  • Experience or interest in automotive field preferred.
  • Experience Automotive Warranty Adjuster, or Collison Claims, or Auto Dealership Parts Department.
  • AAS or other degree in Automotive, Electrical, or Mechanical Engineering or Technology a plus.
