About the Job

We are looking for CNC Horizontal Lathe Operators to produce component parts for fuel injectors.  The parts are close tolerance, measured with calipers, mike gauges and other devices using the metric system.

Essential Functions:

• Set up machines to run parts as defined by the planning documents.
• Operate machines in the production of parts.
• Perform in-process inspections.
• Make machine adjustments as necessary to maintain product conformance.
• Track quality using various run charts.
• Segregate non-conforming product.
• Acquiring consumables from plant stores.
• Perform changeovers to machines as necessary
• Communicate to Process Technician and Coordinator as necessary.
• Perform work by SOPs and safety rules.
