Job Description


To develop, execute, and own a strong people analytics strategy for a global industry leading company. This role will have the opportunity to work directly with senior leaders within HR, at the corporate level, and plant level to identify key metrics necessary to improve the employee experience and meet business needs. This job presents an exciting learning and development opportunity in Human Resources strategy and in the rapidly growing discipline of People Analytics/Metrics.


  • HRIS / Analytics
    • Analyze data to help influence HR strategy across the business
      • Responsible for ownership of the Ceridian Dayforce HCM Predictive Analytics implementation and platform ongoing
      • Upon request from Corp & Field HR, generate AD Hoc reporting, Corp Monthly Headcount, Metrics, Pay Equity & Comp Benchmarking
      • Support project requests related to HR data, analysis, and insights by extracting data from HR system into Excel formulating reports, consolidating data, cleaning data, analyzing data, interpreting results, and presenting findings to senior leadership.
      • Create, manage, deliver, and evolve a periodic HR Dashboard by collecting data, automating data and calculations, ensuring accuracy, and interpreting insights
  • Responsible for the data integrity of HRIS system including regular audits and improving ongoing processes
    • Compensation
      • Support Corporate Headquarters/Talent Acquisition & field HR Managers with compensation benchmarking
      • Delivery pay equity reporting and benchmarking to senior management including internal demographics
    • Benefits / Retirement Plans
      • Partner with benefits team to perform regular data and reporting reconciliation.

Job Requirements


  • Bachelor’s Degree
  • 3-5 years of experience working in a data driven role within a Human Resources department building, configuring, and customizing reports and dashboards.
  • Experience identifying key people metrics to inform HR & business strategy.
  • The right candidate is a fast learner, a strategic and analytical thinker, has strong attention to detail, and can multi-task effectively to deliver at a high level.
  • Experience with HR data and HRIS systems; ADP EV5.04.07/H&W/ADP Reporting, Ceridian Dayforce and Namely (preferred). For example, comfortable working with SFTP files, derived fields, and calculated fields within EV5.
  • Advanced and efficient computer skills working with Microsoft Excel w/ advanced functionality (i.e., pivot tables, VLOOKUP’s, comfortable merging large data sets, etc.); Examples of work product would be complimentary.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with high degree of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Strong ability to integrate data from multiple sources and multiple formats to produce meaningful results with precision and efficiency.
  • Commitment to ensuring accurate and clean data.
  • Experience with Compensation Benchmarking. For example, AON Hewitt and/or ADP Insights.
  • Experience presenting to and working with senior leaders.



  • HRIS implementation experience
  • A general working knowledge of the HR functions including benefits, talent management, payroll, performance management, etc.
  • Problem solver with the ability to identify discrepancies, root cause, and make recommendations to streamline processes
  • Ability to visually format polished and user-friendly reports in Excel
  • Organization skills, including time management and the ability to balance conflicting priorities in order to ensure timely completion of essential projects and task.
  • Exposure to data visualization and data management tools a plus
  • Experience with creating data models a plus

  • Proficient to advanced computer skills including Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
